Zuno Creations is a boutique online store focused on providing high-quality lifestyle products and creative assets. The project aimed to transform their existing digital identity into a high-converting, premium E-commerce experience that reflects the elegance and uniqueness of their curated catalog.
The Problem
High Bounce Rates: The previous site had a cluttered checkout process and slow loading times, leading to abandoned carts.
Brand Perception: The visual design did not align with the "premium" nature of the products, affecting customer trust.
Low Visibility: Key product categories were hard to find, and the site was not optimized for search engines (SEO).
My Solution
User-Centric UX Design: Redesigned the customer journey to ensure a seamless "3-click" path from the home page to the checkout.
WooCommerce Optimization: Implemented advanced product filtering, dynamic search, and a secure, streamlined payment gateway integration.
Visual Rebranding: Adopted a minimalist, high-end aesthetic using professional product photography and clean typography to enhance perceived value.
